THE MESSAGE

Hello, you probably don’t appreciate how powerful your opening statements are. We hear them loud and clearly, especially when they are directed with such intent.

I know you are expecting a message from me, and I will in a short while, relay something for you and your audience. But I wonder if you have documented those opening words for your audience to hear and understand? If you’ve not, then will you do it please?

Now, let’s get on with my message, though you have had some inspiring messages in these past few sessions, I doubt I will reach their standards. I’ll give it a go, hey!

My topic today is about how you can balance your emotions better, and when I say you, I am referring to the you that is reading my words. Yes the message is for you.

We’ve heard from previous guests to this experience that the emotions of a human, or all life for that matter, are what shapes the personality and then the character. We all know what all the emotions are, so we don’t need to name them all. Some are subtle while others more noticeable. But the thing you must try to appreciate is that the emotions aren’t just an invisible force at work, hidden from others. Emotions are always reflected in the outer body, and depending on the degree of strength of the emotion, the greater or lesser it shows to others.

You have all met someone who’s face reflects misery or anger. Their features display it clearly and to a point where it becomes a set feature. So if you think someone looks miserable by the shape and reflection in their face, then trust yourself, they have created them from overbalance of the inflicting emotion.

The same is true of course with the happy person, always smiling and never discontent. Their face reflects it to be so. Not everyone is going to display such reflective emotions in their faces all of the time. But if you study their face, there are always tell-tales signs of which emotional states have dominated them. Take a look at your own face and view it with a new eye. Read what it reflects to the world and other people.

There is something quite simple to combat and balance your emotional state that will work every single time. The next time you feel angry, stop and force your face to reflect happiness. It is impossible for the two states to occupy the person at the same time. One will counter the other every time.

If you want to feel sympathetic, loving, joyful and content, start by reflecting those emotional states on your face. Shortly after, the emotional state will appear in your spirit.

This is not kiddy’s stuff, this is fact. Do you reflect the feeling of love to someone? If you can’t see it in your face, neither can they. Work on it! I’m not suggesting standing there pulling silly faces. Some of the outer looks have to come from your inner decisions.

The thing is, your emotional balance is entirely within your control. It’s no good saying you’re naturally not a smiling person. That is silly talk. Make the decision to be, and it will happen. Learn to counter the negative emotional states with the opposite ones.

Instead of reflecting jealousy, reflect love, instead of anger, reflect contentment. Teach your spirit within to be more in control of your outward expressions. As you people love to say, this is not rocket science, and yet these simple actions are beyond so many in achieving.

My time is up, I can feel. Thank you for giving me this space for expression. I hope it was useful.

Be the best you forever. Goodbye.
