Lawrence Savill

Lawrence Savill is the current President of the Poole Christian Spiritualist Church in Dorset (at the time of this summary). Having moved his church to online activities in 2020 during the pandemic, he is a huge advocate for the online Spiritualist experience embracing communities far and beyond the local one.

When the covid pandemic struck the world, Lawry and his team used technology never used by this church before, and possibly the first in the UK, to broadcast via Zoom to the congregation in their homes. This timely intervention gained instant popularity, not just in the local attendees of the church in the immediate area but with other Spiritualists across the country and worldwide that could not visit their churches.

Lawry has character and a wonderful sense of humour, as you will hear in these recordings he made with me in January 2022. Yet Lawry remains devoted to his work with Spirit and his church.
