Good day to you sir. What a treat for me to be able to talk to you through your pen. Today I’m going to share a few quick answers I have been asked by other mediums still living on earth. I’ve mainly come through them with my voice, in their act as trance mediums. But I’ve also worked with writers, such as yourself.
Of all the things that people could ask a ‘real’ person living here in the spirit world, it is often the same common questions that keep reoccurring. Rather than questions about spiritual growth, enlightenment, philosophy and similar worthy topics for discussion, your people only seem interested in the trivia, non-important stuff, such as do we eat, and if so do we taste it?
I always smile though, because I would have asked the same questions, as I often used to. Honestly though, I never really believed the mediums when they relayed answers. Your readers will most likely be the same as they read this.
So, do we eat food and how do we taste it? Yes we do eat and drink as we always did on earth. The difference is, to coin a modern word from your world, it’s virtual. We feel all the same sensations, if not a bit more enhanced. We enjoy any meal, any food we want, whenever we like. The great part being, we feel virtually full up and never put on any weight! How could we! Taste works similar to yours. Signals are sent to our mind from the process of chewing and most tastes are incredible. Next question!
Can we go anywhere we like, in an instant? Well, the actual answer is probably yes. But the notion held by those on earth is we just need to think of a place and we’re there in an instant. Well we could, I suppose! But like we did on earth, we often enjoy the journey. But you have to understand, there is an order of doing things here that keeps continuity in place. Flitting here, there, and everwhere is not acceptable behavior, unles you’re an angel! Though I’ve never seen one of those anyway.
Another common question asked by earth people is do we sleep? Again, the answer is yes. It’s a slightly different process, but much the same in principle. We’re not governed by time, so our sleeps could be any length, compared with earth time. Seconds, minutes, hours days, weeks, and sometimes months, if we want a lie-in!
Next - do we retain our humour? Oh yes, can’t you tell? We are happy with life, we share love, laughter, and everything that uplifts our spirits. Yes we love a new ghost or spirit joke too, though we’ve heard most of them!
Another question asked quite often is do we have cars, planes, boats, buses, and trains? Don’t be stupid! No need for them! We can conjure one up if we want to, but again, it’s a virtual creation only.
Let me share one more question often asked. I don’t mean to offend anyone with my answer, so be warned. Do we have ‘thex? Yes we do, and it’s very wonderful too. As you men would know from your younger years, things, shall we say, can happen without the body needing to be present. But seriously, our love is true and pure, and never based on lust. Most people continue to live with their earth partners as they are reunited.
I do think some humans, particularly the men, think that it’s going to be like an orgy or swingers party here! Dream on buddy. Never gonna happen!
Anyway, I hope I’ve brought a smile to your face today. Yes, this is a presentation I have made hundreds of times before, so now your audience can appreciate it too.
