A buddha that sits outside Imagine Indian Cuisine in Playa Blanca. After much research I cannot find any reference to what this exact pose depicts.

THE MESSAGE

Transcribed on 15th May 2025 @ 3:30pm

Before we begin today Trevor, I want you to lie on your back and place your hands on your upper chest. We’ll spend a few moments giving healing for that chesty cough your have. Then you can come back and we’ll continue.

[ For the following 10 minutes, I lay on my back on the bed, slightly propped up, placed my hands on my upper chest, and focused my attention on attracting the healing energy, imagining it flowing through my palms and into my chest area. Interestingly, I didn’t cough throughout the session. Temporary relief. Straight after, I turned over, and returned to attuning to the spirit connect, who I believe hadn’t left me.]

Was that so really hard my friend?

Why, if you so strongly believe in the power of healing, do you not take the time to direct it at yourself. I simply cannot understand it with healers. The most important subject of their healing should be themselves, before everyone else.

Your chest is bad and I hope you get to a doctor soon. You need medical intervention.

I want you, and every other healer that reads my words to set a new precedence. When you sit for healing, from now on, first start with directing it at yourself or include yourself in the prayers. Make this a habit and live by it without fail.

If you believe so strongly, as you do, include yourself in the interaction.

I don’t really want to share any more with you this time. I want you to go and spend time directing the healing energy in words onto that chest.

Please do so. We’ll have time to speak again soon enough.
