Hello. I do wish to speak to you, but I want you to sit for a while in the power of your mind. I will call on you when the connection is better.

Bread and Butter: Yes, the bread and butter of your mediumship is found in the building of the initial power. It’s not the same for all mediums so I’m referring to you in a lot of my message today.
When you tried to connect initially, you skipped your preparation process too short. I connected to you, but the energy was weak and your mind was awash with thoughts. Some of those thoughts were you trying to think words on our behalf. You’ve never done that and we don’t want you to start any time soon. Rely only on what you are certain are our words and our voice, not yours.
Now, when I suggested you sat in silence a little longer, did you experience what was happening in your mind? At first, it was busy with thoughts unrequired. After a few minutes it quietened. then I was able to tell you I was there while you continued to focus inwardly.
I know we’ve had similar conversations in the past. Don’t worry though, many others also do the same. They, like you did, try to recreate the usual environment for the connection, but without the full preparation.
The environment is important and is not entirely reliant on time spent, but the intent of the focus in that time. There is a big difference.
Your many years of experience are there for a reason. They are not spent though, they are to be utilised all the time. I know that you have talked to others about not short-cutting the short cut. And that is true, yet sometimes you try to. I think I’ve lectured enough on this issue and I want you to always remember that the initial preparation is important.
As you frantically scribble my words, take a note at how pure the words are flowing and how little you know about the next word or sentence. Good isn’t it, when done correctly.
Now, I want to address the students that might be reading these words. The sentiment of this message matters to you as well. Treat your mediumship with respect and the quality it deserves. When you start thinking you’re not a good medium, perhaps ask yourself if you are respecting the process as best you can, every time.
Now, my message may not seem important to some of you today, but believe me it. The relationship you build with your team this side, very much relies on your work to make it happen.
