THE MESSAGE

The longest you’ve stayed in meditation for a long while. Good work. I guess my message to you needs to be sharp then! We’ll see.
I use to like growing tomatoes. Of course I still can, but there are a few modifications to the process now. But why I liked growing them was because it was quite easy, especially when I learned a few neat tricks to help the plants grow strong.
It was always exciting seeing the new fruit grow. First as tiny marble shaped things, then growing, expanding, swelling and turning colour before I eventually harvested them.
Why am I telling you of this recollection?
Do you not think that the humble tomato represents your life? A seed from the darkness that formed in your mother until ready to see the light of the world. Nurtured, fed and pruned where necessary into the human your are today.
Your parents, as all parents, do what they thought best for your growth. Occasionally giving year the freedom to make your own mistakes and able to stand on your own two feet in a big wide world.
No two plants are ever exact, as are no two humans. Some plants bear loads of flowers yet produce little fruit, while others surprise the grower and produce fruit to be proud of.
Humans are the same. Some do well with their time alive, while others drift through the time without any purpose or intent. Yet, like my tomato plants, all will wither and die very soon, no matter how much or how little care they receive. The cycle of life, as I call it.
The Divine gave the spark of life to everything, including my tomato plants and every living thing in the universe. The Divine does not take the spark away though. That is due to the physical body being worn out.
The secret lies in the gab between. All living matter has choices to make, some good and some not so. The Divine gave the highest balance of intelligence to the human race. It is therefore obvious that the greatest success should therefore come from humans. But in equal and opposites balance so comes the greatest failings. The wrong choices, the negative emotional outbursts that lead to wars, to violence, to dis-harmony.
This is visible in all of the Divine’s living matter. Insects, birds, animals and plants. Life is about balance and better life is about good choices, good decisions, better relationships, and more harmony and love. How does your lifespan appear on that balance? More good that bad, or more bad than good. What is the balance of choices you’re made showing you?
Is there room for improvement? There’s certainly always time, so long as you’re living to counter the balance, one way or the other.
My message is not to grow tomatoes, though that is a pleasant pastime! My message is to be aware of your choices you make. Think of how your choices affect your balance. A bad decision will take many good decisions to counter. A wrong choice is therefore a bad choice and a dangerous choice. Air on caution and use your wisdom wisely. Make good choices. Show love, not hate, show passion, not anger. Show patience not intolerance. Show modesty, not greed.
Simple rules to harvest a better life.

The Divine is within you as a spark that is life.
