Good evening my friend. We are ready when you are. Your settling this evening is slower. Perhaps you have too much on your mind. Let us begin.

[ME] I’m having troubles tonight hearing your opening words. Can you make them clearer for me please?

The effort is not required on our part. It is you that needs to prepare better. This is a good subject for us to touch on this evening.

Your mediums have become very complacent with their preparations for their communications with us. There is a need for a conditions-based relationship to occur. The volume of the words is not under our control, it is down to you as the receiver.

A tuned radio receives a signal of a set volume. The volume level is adjusted on the radio, not by the sender. In the same way, for you to hear our words louder and clearer you must be tuned or attuned, as you like to call it. My friend, please remember to set your conditions right for our relationship. Prepare yourself and the words will flow more freely.

I note that a moment ago as you were writing these words, you also vaped on your device in your hand. You gave that no thought. It was an automatic thing you’re conditioned to do these days. It is hoped that through writing with us you’ll create a similar state of mind where you automatically write without giving it too much thought.

I want to correct you on a belief that you have about mediumship this side. You have often said that mediumship is as difficult for us to perform this side, as it is your side. This my friend is not true. We are living in a thought-based world. So our variants are fewer than yours. We can communicate very easily with your side. But if we go back to the example I used about the radio, if people are not attuned correctly, they’ll hear nothing.

There are 7 of us here tonight for this meeting. You have gained some interest in the work you’re doing. We understand that you’re worrying about funds for your work and this is lying like a black mist over you. We understand the difficulties. We also know you are not always the type of person to put money as your driving force. Keep it that way. It is the best way to approach this work. You won’t starve, I can assure you.

[ME] My mind is jumping a lot this evening. Let me try to settle it down.

When we gather together it’s a wonderful social occasion for us. There is much joy and excitement for having this opportunity to work with you that side. Making notes and writing as you are doing now is one of the physical joys we can’t seem to do as well as you. This is why so many of the books written by spirit people are done so through a medium on earth. Imagine if we could have been able to write our own books for you to read and then apport them to you. What fun that would be!

We are impress by how quickly you are adapting to this communication [method]. Your interpretation of our words is very good. We give big cheers in this place when we see a full sentence you’ve written that is word for word how we wanted it to be. I don’t mean to offend you but I do wish your vocabulary was a bit wider than it is. There are so many words that I could use to you, that you have never used yourself. So I have to change them immediately.

Let me give you an example: Here is a word I love to use, but you’ve never even seen it, let alone used it. I will spell it to you:

The random noises you just heard were indeed us trying to get your attention. We wanted to stop you reading that book because we knew we’d successfully planted the subject that you were thinking in your mind.

By now you should be learning to understand how we are working with you. We know when you’re going to sit with the pen. We then work on getting something in your mind that bugs you enough to start writing. I should explain to those that are going to eventually see these notes that Trevor only knows a loose idea of what it is we’re going to talk to him about.

We want to validate your earlier thoughts. You watched Mr Stone today doing a trance demonstration. You recognised elements of the process as being similar to this work of writing our words. You were correct, but we’ve been telling you for some time that the words you write are either entirely from us, or contain much of the sentiments of the message.

Trevor, you’ve always been reluctant to free yourself to understand trance work, yet we’ve known for a long while now that you are ready and able to use this form of communication with us. But in the absence of your desires to do so, we choose to influence you into writing the words instead. We know you get satisfaction from writing and now you’ve a greater understanding of the work, we are able to fine-tune some of the processes. We would like it if you would take one of your tape recorders into your cabinet and let yourself be used by us to talk through you. Please consider this as we feel it would be beneficial for your growth.

So many spiritualist people believe they could not do work using the trance methods. They all could do it, you know. The challenge that stops them is the same as the challenge that stops you and that is one of freeing yourself away from the actual process. One of the big challenges we know that many of you have to overcome is hearing your own voice when you are speaking.

This is understandably a somewhat strange experience. But overcome it and the process of our communication can, and most certainly will, accelerate for you.

Another big challenge new trance students have to overcome is knowing what the subject of conversation is to be. Well, as we did with you this evening, when we know you’re about to connect with us, we’ll instill the starting words in your mind as we did this evening.

Trevor, you’re beginning to understand that there is no major powers needed for this work. You don’t have to be some kind of super-person that’s highly evolved. You just got to be prepared to learn a few simple and easy lessons to make this all possible. The process of communicating with us is only made hard by your own minds blocking the processes .

Yes Mark was indeed doing exactly what we are doing now. The only difference is that you’ve chosen to use this pen. Dear boy, you have an exciting future ahead with this work. Your process is good. Your understanding is developing well, and your mind is giving us more space to work than when we first started with you. We are so excited with what is ahead for you. We chalk it up as success on our part, and can only share this excitement with you more.

You will soon understand more clearly how this is going to increase the effectiveness of your mediumship long term. The levels of trust that you’re developing through this work will help your mediumship immensely.

Sorry, we spoke a word there that you didn’t know how to spell, and in those few seconds you had to employ your mind to think about it. What that happens again, don’t worry about the correct spelling. Just write it as you hear it. You can always correct it in the next stage.

We have shared with you some deeply powerful messages tonight and hope you act upon our suggestions. We’ll leave you to think on now and would like to thank you for being a good student.

We know you struggle with accepting praise but please do on this occasion. Your levels of understanding are quite remarkable, even though we know you struggle to put it all in words that would make sense to others. The Divine forces are at work with you and for you, and others that benefit from these words.

Hello again. We’ve been waiting for you to join us. You’ve been a bit down in the dumps, as the saying goes. We’ve known about that this side and was concerned you might not be joining us for a while. So it’s wonderful to have you back.

Yes we know times are tough for you right now. I wish we had the answers for you but sadly we don’t. You have to do what is right for you. Some of the darker thoughts you’ve been having have not been good, but we know that your character is strong and were confident you’d not do anything silly.

I want you to understand that your work with us in the spirit world is good for you, and your recent project of spirited talk has helped many people. But we recognise the issues you’ve been having with the lack of money and the apparent silence from your audience. You’re a true sensitive and it’s quite natural for you to respond and react the way you have. You carry strong views of what is expected from individuals waiting with us, but you must understand, everyone is unique and have their own unique patterns and ways.

You feel that your time with the project has come to an end and you carry a burden filled with disappointment. Don’t please. Your work served a valuable purpose and will continue to be remembered after you’ve moved on from it.

Your personal journey over the years has been one of constant change and adapting to your circumstances. Perhaps you’ll see this period as such a transition. We do feel that now you have stopped worrying so much about the project, and have apparently made a mental decision to move on, your life will flow freer. Your writing has become more important to you these days and we believe this is a healthy focus for you. Of course, we also know that we’re going to benefit more from having your attention a lot more as you continue with your own personal education.

We know of a wonderful writing opportunity coming your way soon, so keep doing what you’re doing so it can come into your path. We want you to bring this notepad with you and sit in your cabinet a lot more please. We’ll be there in the concentrated energy ready to work with you.

There is still much planned with you, and your connection with us. Regarding your Spirited Talk project, remember that old story you used to share about how things move on? Write the story now in your own words.

[ME] To understand how important you may think you are, imagine your finger in a glass of water. That finger represents you in the world of water. Then remove your finger and see how long the hole remains where your finger was. The water fills the hole immediately, as if your finger was never there. That is the same in life.

Yes, well done, though you wrote that a little harsh towards yourself. But the sentiments remain the same. Perhaps you might see your finger into another glass of water very soon!

You just stopped writing because you thought we’d gone. We hadn’t. Your mediumship gave you visions of us around a table and clapping you for what you’ve done. That was true. We were. We thank you for the work you’ve done so far. Walking away from Spirited Talk is going to make way for the next opportunity. You’ve done good and nobody appreciates it more than us.

The time has come for you to release the worries and let your future unfold again in a different direction. Look out for the Baker coming your way.

A great deal of your thinking today has been regarding the lack of a moral code being shown by your leading politicians at this time. We share your concern, as do many people your side of the veil.

Again, as a reminder, we’ve spoken to you many times now about how these character habits are all in an energy form. I’d like to explain this a little further so you, and your readers can understand.

Your morality, how you act and others perceive you, is like an ingredient in your energy field. Take water as an example. Water is made up of a mixture, a compound if you like. It is two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Imagine that! Two ordinary gases that when combined in the formula of two part hydrogen to one part oxygen creates water. Something that all life needs to exist.

There are of course many other compounds consisting of various ingredients. Your energy, and everyone’s energy contains compounds that go to make up who you are. Morals, actions, expressions, habits, spoken words, thoughts even, and many other simple forms of energy come together as a compound, contained in your energy field. Every compound is unique to every individual person alive.

You are correct in believing that certain aspects of your life should be done in a way that is for the greater good of your soul first. Morality is not a fixed energy. It is different in every person. Various other traits and habits vary the colour of the energy.

Your Prime Minister appears to be lacking a moral ethic expected of someone of his standing. His moral energy, his morality, has been severely diluted with the wrong ingredients. Telling lies, for example, erodes the moral levels away. Cheating, scheming, plotting wrongful ways all miscolour a moral standard.

But you are lucky, as are most of your readers. Why? Because you have the intelligence and pattern in your lives that you’re leading. To know what is right and what is wrong. You have yourself judging your own actions and yourself setting a high standard you expect to live by.

Not only does this mean that you’re very aware of your actions and therefore restricting your likelihood of you breaking your personal moral code, but it also means that faults in others are easier to see.

Your leaders are often so driven in their causes that they haven’t the mind space to stop and observe their own actions and the consequences of them. Their energies are off because of their actions. Sometimes this energy can become so negative that it reacts with the host, the human body. This brings on illnesses and physical and medical issues.

The challenge for their own spirits is to get their outer self to listen within. They often don’t. They’re living a life where they’ve become so engrossed in their work that they can become disillusioned, misfocused and off-track.

It is so sad, that they have access to the finest spiritual counsellors in the land. Religious leaders, experts in psychology and many great people that could give them real help and advice. But they’re not tapping into these sources. In fact, it would appear that few of the key leaders in your country’s government are concerned about their spiritual direction. They’re closed for help and advice and not welcoming to it because they feel it would make them look weak. On the contrary, they would look strong for doing it, seeking spiritual advice, guidance and realignment.

As you know all too well, most politician’s careers end in failure. It’s the way the job works. But it doesn’t have to be that way. It’s their choices, or lack of them, that brings the end to their career. You had a leader called Tony Blair. He was loved by the people, until he stopped listening to his own morals. He was caught up trying to please everyone and do what he thought was right. But by then, his moral compass was off, and the inevitable end came quicker than he had planned for.

But did you know that after he lost his job as Prime Minister, he did indeed spend time getting back in touch with his inner self? He could then see the error of his ways and he recognised he’d lost his for a while.

Your current leaders will sadly pay the price, not just in their careers ending, but on a personal soul level. Their health will suffer and “cancers” caused by the negative energies will affect their later lives.

So you and your readers are correct to state these lack of morals. But what really matters is that you make sure your own moral compass stays right. Live your life to the highest standards you can and always stay aware of your actions. Perhaps even take time to ask someone close to you, “what do I need to improve?” It’s not a weak person that asks such a question, but a strong person.

[ME] I am ready to write, but I feel I’m blocking myself. So I’m writing this just so I can get the pen moving and relax my mind and release my expectations a little.

Hello my dear friend. It’s been a few days since we last came together. In that time you’ve let your mental monsters free to roam your mind. Relax and just write one or two words at a time.

Your pen can move freer if you just reduce the amount of words you’re expecting to hear in one go. Just listen to the few at a time.

You’ve heard us mention various forms of energy that exist on earth, even though most wouldn’t consider them energy forces. And we showed you how they are. As you know, in your world you have radio frequencies that sit on a timeline from low numbers to higher numbers. Well, energy forces are very similar to that. But they are minute waves that are very subtle and none of your earth technology would be able to measure them.

For example: Jealousy is an energy force of the negative type. When it is allowed to come into existence it stretches as it is fuelled. As the energy of jealousy grows, it takes in nearby energies, such as that of selfishness, anger, distrust and more. All of these expressions of emotional states have an energy form. They exist.

Everything around that energy, whether a positive emotion, or a negative emotion as we are discussing here, everything is effected, especially the creating source - the person responsible. You’ve heard the phrase, “It eats away at you.”

That is true. Negative energies from emotions, such as grief, hate, dishonesty and distrust cause stress on your physical body. Continuing to allow these negative energies to enter the body is far from good advice.

Of course, you can immediately distinguish these emotions, like a fireman dousing a flame. Even the simple act of expressing a positive emotion immediately counters the negative energy. It is so hard to cry in sorrow at the same time as laughing with delight.

We talk about this with you for a reason. Your thinking is always influenced by your physiological awareness of your body’s state. You have no reason to consider those negative states and therefore never accept them as part of your own. But in our world, we do not have to worry about our physical state - it’s gone.

Our world is entirely made up of the energy fields. We are in whatever state of mind we choose.

You are falling asleep. Time to reset and we’ll come back to this world very soon.

I was watching the wildlife photographer Hamza Yassin’s Birds of Prey program on BBC in which he travelled to Kenya to film some of the greatest predatory birds in the world. During the program he visited a Massai Mara conservation park being run and managed by the Massai people. I was fascinated when, before the Massai would talk to Hamza, they asked their God (Enkai) if the meeting would be a positive move.

THE MESSAGE

The house is on fire! Is that loud enough to get your attention?

As this is apparently your final session for your series, I wanted to address everyone that will read my words. I want to ask you to stop reading these notes immediately after I ask all a question. In the moments that follow, I want you to consider the question and, if you can, answer it by using your loudest mind words to reiterate your answer.

So, read the question only, stop and contemplate on it for a short while, and address the answer loudly in your mind. OK ready?

What does God mean entirely to you in your life?

As you return to these words, I hope you did take the requested moments to consider, to absorb, to answer to yourself that question.

Now let me predict that you fit into one of the following three groups of people.

Group 1: Those that could not give the question an answer that satisfies their own standards.

Group 2: Those fewer people that have a notion and belief of who and what God is, and how it intertwines into their life.

Group 3: A group with around 50% of all people asked to carry out the motions required for the question and answer, that didn’t bother. It was not important enough to grab your philosophical thought process.

So there you are. Being honest with yourself, which of the 3 groups best suits you?

If you’re in group 3, you know now you have some work to do with Self. You need to get that aspect of your life in order, even if you find you dismiss the notion of God altogether. If you want to continue to grow, unfold, and develop your abilities as an earth medium wishing to work with the threads uniting our worlds, knowing your interpretation of God is essential, even as I said, you find yourself dismissing God as an impossible problem for you.

Group 1 members, such as the medium writing my words is, are on the way, but need to expand their understanding and primarily stop putting God on a pedestal. That is what you are doing, when you suggest your interpretation of God is substandard or unworthy.

It’s not about fancy wording, high-almighty phrases or the like. It’s about you, in your own words, explaining what God is to you. Keep working on it and perhaps readdress my question in a few days when you’ve had time to absorb, digest and allow your answer to create form.

Group 2 are people that are currently most comfortable using the word God and satisfied with their understanding at this stage of their journey. Their personal concept of God may change over time and given circumstances. They are comfortable with their beliefs and happy to share them with others. This group, and if you’re one, are the teachers of the world. They value their belief and are open to share it with others. I would consider Group 2 people the perfect teachers for the other 2 groups.

I have deliberately not shared my interpretations or beliefs, because it is your own influence that matters and not mine or anyone else’s.

I will leave you with one thought though. If there was no God, what is there left?

THE GREAT MIGRATION
IS NOW COMPLETE

On the 10th June 2026 I started the biggest task I’ve ever undertaken - to duplicate the contents from the psychictrev.co.uk website into this new and exciting home at spiritspeaks.co.

Over 500 pages making up over 1 million words.

At midnight on Friday 28th August, 78 days after starting, the final edition was brought in.

When I made the decision to move the old website to a better and more permanent home, I knew it was never going to be a straightforward task. I knew it was going to take a vast amount of time and effort. But I deliberately didn’t allow myself any time to reconsider and perhaps justify why it shouldn’t be done.

I warned Jane that this project was going to mean I would be spending many hours every day in my sanctuary office until the job was done. Every day I set myself a goal of what I needed to complete. That was around 8-10 posts every day.

All the posts had to be re-read and in many of them, errors rectified. Images had to be updated and made uniform across the sections. At the same time, new publications had to be prepared, the 2 Spirit Speaks new editions and the Just Chat every week. If that wasn’t enough, I also had to get ahead on all of those new publications so our September holiday period had scheduled posts in place.

You can imagine the relief when I completed everything. The old website has now been mothballed and will be dismantled altogether over the coming months. I always knew it was going to be a massive task so you can appreciate how excited I am now the work is behind me.

What’s The Future?

New content will continue to be added from my old archives and fresh content will be produced as frequent as my time allows. I have plans for vblogs, the first is already in planning and ready to start filming in October. Work will commence once more on the short book in the hope of getting that complete by the end of the year.

Though this website archive is not about promoting me, or making it dependant on a financial investment I would like to encourage a few more subscribers to join as Envoys. I believe the archive of content (currently in excess of 450 articles) makes it value for money for the dedicated student mediums. Hello my friend. Please write the question you just asked in your mind, so that the words we respond with have some context. I will still be here.

[ ME ] “Every day I sit for these sessions when I’m on Lanzarote. But I have several concerns, that although you have given me answers to recently, I still feel somewhat unassured. How is it ever going to be convincing enough for me, and more so, the readers, to be convinced enough that the messages are coming from another source, other than my mind? Its not that I don’t believe in the process, or myself, because I do. But I worry that the process may be considered thin in context and content by some readers.”

Mmm how interesting. In the time you took to write that statement, it changed from the actual question you inserted in your mind during your connection. However, its on the same theme, so I’ll answer it anyway.

The mediumship differences between us relaying a message, and you receiving it are different in one important factor. And this factor is crucially different. When we send any messages to any mediums, we know immediately a) that it has been received and b) that the intended recipient will get it - most of the time.

By the very nature of your circumstances, the opposite happens for you. Yes, you receive the message, and yes you pass it on successfully most of the time. But your nature as humans on earth is to hold this degree of doubt somewhere in your mind of how and where it happened from. You cannot change that, except by making sure you maintain a strong belief in the process.

People are designed to be curious by nature. To question, to doubt, to be skeptical. That is quite normal. The better the medium becomes, the lesser this is an issue because the delicate balance in their mind weights stronger for the knowing where the message is coming from and less energy is spent questioning.

I think you have a lot of self-doubts in yourself and your work with us. And yet you pursue it, time and time again. What is drawing you to do that? What is drawing all mediums who have these doubts to continue doing the work anyway? Answer: Because your inner or higher self knows it is the right thing to do.

The wrong side of the ego kicks in a lot for this doubt. You and others want to be seen as good mediums, not just because your higher self knows its correct, but because the ego wants it to be.

Trevor, you have withdrawn from your social media and from your public work. As you often say, only too often, your mediumship is being untested, especially using this method. Well, either do something about that yourself, or accept that not testing your mediumship is going to leave it open to question. That is the plain truth my friend. You might not like it, but that is how it is.

We told you recently how important your work is. We didn’t just say that to make you feel good. And it most certainly wasn’t you writing the words from your own conscious mind. Listen, if others wish to doubt the source of these words you write for us, that is up to them, not you. As your people say, mediums are just the messenger, just as you are. Get over yourself and stop worrying about others. As you write our messages, your audience is but a few people. But one day it may be hundreds or thousands. And many of them will be grateful to you for taking the time to write our words.

You may not even be in that life cycle by then, so that ego won’t be part of the transaction. See the bigger picture and worry less about questioning.

My message is to all mediums of all capabilities. Just be the messenger. That is all that matters.

I’ve said enough, and I’m addressed your questions the best way I can. Now, shall we continue the next time with more pressing messages? Excellent. Now rest up and move on.

Good day to you. There is a song with the lyric, “Life is always the best alternative.” You might want to look that up. The line is quite confusing at first. But what the writer was trying to suggest was when someone is feeling unsure, or depressed, or even insecure, the alternative is always going to be to appreciate your life.

The human tendency is to take life for granted, because it appears to always be there. That is true of course, even for us over our side. But there are countless things being offered by life that are reasons to appreciate it.

Do you recall when you were younger and you actually took time to smell the beauty of the spring air? Do you recall the simple joy it gave you when you smelled the fresh rain in the air? Of course you do. And if you, and everyone that reads my words, were to take a few moments in thought, each of you would be able to draw up a list of those free gifts from life itself.

Often, when people take the time to reminisce about the past, they do so with fondness, as they remember those good old days. Well, now is the time to create them for tomorrow.

For some people, this all seems too simplistic to take seriously. But ask yourself, what was wonderful about yesterday that you recall? How did you make it memorable? The chances are you can’t answer those questions. Why? Because you didn’t take the time to observe them.

Every day of your life contains something of value. Value is worth, and worth is an asset to your life.

Can you start to appreciate now that your life is filled with assets of worth? Every one of your senses are ready to deliver those moments of appreciation . Use your eyes to see beyond what is visible. Your ears to listen beyond the noise. Your nose to detect the fragrances you’re ignoring. Your touch to appreciate the sensual fabrics and materials around you.

Yes, life is indeed rich with assets for you and all to appreciate. Life has a purpose when your purpose is life.

I hope you’ve got something from this philosophy I share with you. God is with you in many forms. Enjoy your life. It is the best alternative.

I recently had a YouTube video playing in the office while I was working. Because I was pre-occupied I wasn’t given it my full attention. But suddenly, my attention was diverted when the speaker in the video mentioned ‘The Mind-Body‘ problem.

Briefly stated the mind-body problem is an unsolved dilemma that scientists, neuroscientists, and philosophers cannot answer – where does the conscious mind reside? This is a subject I knew nothing about, even though, as a medium, I was fascinated by the subject.

My mum and dad came to let me know they were with us on holiday. Of that, I am certain. Apart from the usual shiver I get when I know people in spirit are with me, I felt happiness and a little tearful at the same time.

THE MESSAGE

Let us begin then. Shaking it up again. Well done.

Now, you had a few things in your mind that I’d like to address. The first one is regarding the book you’ve chosen to read. You thought it was spooky that the first few pages deals with the answers to a project you are doing. Spooky yes, because we wanted you to read it for the very reason of giving you some information you weren’t even sure you needed - that is, until you read it!

Nothing is mere coincidence when you’re working with us. We know part of your path ahead and can utilise that by putting necessary aids along it. This is not just in your case, we do it for others that are astute enough to listen for the signs. The book will benefit you, so read it to the end.

You were concerned yesterday in your time that what we’d talked about in the message was not practically possible. Well it is, rest assured. The challenge with any advice that we pass to you and others is that it often requires you to react, to implement it by making some changes. And as we talked about in that session, the difficulty is often in getting the person to make the changes. Again, it’s that comfort zones thing and getting people to appreciate that the cost of improvement comes with the price of effort.

You have been able to relax and release some of your stresses during the past few days of this holiday. But for the first week, you didn’t let go and relax. Have you recognised this pattern with you? Sometimes letting go means just that, letting go. Hopefully the new exercises you’ve read about will help.

We recognise how happy you are on that island and in that clean fresh energy. You have so many friends there and your true self is able to be released because of it all. Isn’t that a lesson for you?

We know you’re not happy in your district back home. You have never accepted the culture and struggle to adapt to their way of life. So I suggest you focus more on your home and your partner. After all, those are the things that matter and not the state of your town, or the apparent attitudes of the people. You are blessed that you’re able to visit that, stand as much as you do. Many people will never have that chance.

Okay, so today’s session has been for you mainly. Good. Sometimes you need the instruction. Be assured though, there are many snippets of information in today’s message that many will read and benefit from.
