Nice choice of music! My boy, you have lived a somewhat sheltered life haven’t you? We were laughing so much last night when you were tucking those Bacardi and Cokes away, unaware of what was slowly happening to you! It was fun to watch.

It’s a good thing to not drink that often and still enjoy the occasion tipple. It released all your tensions, your inhibitions and frankly your often stiffness. Good for you. Everything is okay in little doses and let’s face it, you will never become dependant on the stuff. We’re the only spirits you need to watch out for.

But did you experience the uncovered personality you have when you’re not so on guard with yourself? The fun and the light side of your character. It’s welcome to see and witness. You should not spend your life trying hard to become something you’re not, nor focusing on your betterment at the expense of these other good characteristics worth revealing more often.

I praise your incredible ability to appreciate the smaller things and the people around you that matter. Your partner can have no doubts about how much love you have for her, and that helps her through any challenges she might be going through and not sharing with you.

Yes it is good to experience you evolving this more relaxed and easy-going self. A far better state for you, if I may say so.

Hello my friend.

Do you know how many messages are flying through the space between our different dimensions at any moment of your time? There are millions. Too many to count in your decimal system. Through all the thousands of ways, of the millions of words from the countless sensations and instincts and to the conscious mind of millions. This is happening all the time.

Imagine you could see all the radio waves in and around you at any moment. Imagine what that picture would look like, quite busy, don’t you think? Then imagine if our communications were visible like those radio waves? You would be amazed beyond your wildest imagination.

People here are busy at it all the time. But it can be like, as you say, “throwing mud at a wall and seeing what sticks”. Not everything we send gets to land where it was intended. Many messages remain unheard, unbelieved, unwanted, unsend [unreceived] and left to float around the ether forever.

Yes it takes a lot of energy on our part to make and maintain physical communications. But not all methods are so hard and for example, when someone is asleep, or in a silent phase of contemplation or meditation, the barriers are more susceptible for our messages to land.

Of all the millions of people across the world, all have the capability to hear or receive our messages. However, through people’s personal chances and lifestyles so few take the time to listen, to be aware, to sense, to see, to appreciate, to connect, to smell, to feel, to hear. Their minds are fixed only on what is important to them at that time.

Mothers, fathers, siblings, relatives and friends that they think they have lost to some distant afterlife are around them, within them and communicating with them. But they make no effort to attune to the senses they have and have a spare moment for a message of comfort, of love, of console. That is all we want to do.

You really should appreciate that mediums, such as you writing my words, and you reading them, you are gifted. Not in some power wielding way or with faculties unique to you, but special in the way you are using those gifts like antennas, to receive and to relay or transmit our messages onward and across your planet.

It is not a thankless task, even if it sometimes might feel that way. It is a gift your should embrace, nurture and grow, make stronger and better, and live every moment with knowing it is your coat that you wear.

Isn’t that something special? All those communications, all those messages, just waiting for a receiver and a transmitter. Keep doing what you do and it will become better and better, easier and easier, and more integrated deep into your earthly spirit, fulfilling one of the desires of your soul’s purpose.

You seen the faces of those of us sat here today. Thank you. That was an experiment to see if we could project our images onto your closed eyes space during your prayer. I’m glad at worked. Perhaps we can extend on that in your future. And yes it was me that requested a change of music! I wanted to hear something more lively.

You are enjoying the book. We knew you would like it. Stick with it to the end and some of those questions we ask will be answered. I would love to tell you so much right now, but you are not ready. You have been taking our words down for a long period of your time. Yes I hear you think 20 years. Is that so?

But you have experienced the progress of the process to this stage. Think of it as a bit like an apprenticeship. Your home had to go through it to reach the stage you are at now. Your training will continue and you will want to use it more for our communication tool.

Our worlds are far apart in the sense of environment, even though we reside in the same space. Understanding the limitations and developing new abilities to cross the divide is how we can connect and serve each other for the greater good.

You have mastered one important skill, and that is to no longer require validations for your work from your fellow man on earth. This is important, for it leaves you free to enjoy the experience and grow your abilities further. Credit for your work is an ego-driven, selfish desire for your personality, though often demanding it, works better without it. Like a clean canvas you might say.

We have encouraged you to make the steps to improve the quality of your canvas. One such example was when you disconnected from your medium friends on that ghastly social media thing that everyone seems to be relying on. One day soon, those doors will close on them and that will bring with it a much needed cultural change. In the meantime, more of your more astute people are seeing the pitfalls and are too choosing to walk away from it.

Don’t get me started! My friends here are telling me not to have a little rant. We do have fun with ourselves here. You see, personal growth requires personal intervention. These things don’t just happen. It is up to the individual to make them happen. Those that want to become better at whatever it is they desire, have to put in the work them­selves. As we always tell you, there is no free ride, no shortcuts, no easy ticket. Put the work in and it will happen.

Good day sir. When we connect with you, you may wonder if we have an agenda and whether we know more about the connection. So that is what I want to address in this session with you.

You are aware that in our world time works differently than yours does on earth. I’m not suggesting it doesn’t exist, it does, but not with the same influence as yours. It is not tied to our locality, or as you might say, your frame of time.

What this means is our two worlds operate at different rates of, not just time, but vibrational states. Imagine for a moment a big catharine wheel [I SUSPECT THE SPEAKER MEANT ONLY BIG WHEEL, BECAUSE CATHARINE WHEEL IS A FIREWORK], like in the fun fairs. Imagine that represents your linear time in motion and the seats are you a fixed to that part of time. Now imagine that wheel suspended in space, spinning at its rate. Imagine another layer of something rotating, far more rapidly, on the outside of your wheel. For this analogy, that is a basic representation of our two worlds.

If you want to take that analogy one further, imagine billions of other tiny wheels spinning and moving within the big wheel. Each of those tiny wheels has the same outer wheel around it. Those tiny wheels represent life on earth and the outer wheels represent us, locked in a sense to your wheel, yet contained within the bigger wheels.

Is that an interesting analogy to consider as a represent­ation of how we cohabitate, each with our different vibrations and concepts of permanency and time?

How this relates to my opening statements is simple, though probably baffling for you to understand. We know when you are to join us in [to] communicate, probably ahead of your conscious mind does. So we are always prepared for you. This is the same with all of our inter-realm connections. You might say we have the edge on you on that one!

In a recent session we laid the seed for you to experience this. My colleague here suggested you might wish to do research on the conscious mind. Now I know that later in that day you picked up your reading device to read. But you were unhappy with the book and so deleted it, and the next one, and the one after that. And then your next waiting book became your read.

Within the first few pages you realised it was about the conscious mind and how it is believed to be independent of the brain. Guess who knew you would read it? Guess who knew it was something you’d learn from? I rest my case!

Yes, as you always like to say, our intelligence is way beyond your earth comprehension. But that is because we live in an entirely different environment, both physically and biological. All too often people on earth compare our two lifeforms in the same light. That really is not a good way to understand it. Yes we have similarities and yes we all were once in your life cycle, but no, we do not adhere to the same principles of science or physics and therefore are as different as black and white.

The fact that we can work, like we are in this chosen way here, is miraculous by your principles. Yet we do, and millions of times every hour of your day across you planet. Ok, some dress the experience different to suit their activities, but communicate are do. Isn’t that amazing?

I’ve given you a lot to think about and you have done well to capture my words so effectively. Hey, praise yourself for doing it. You are a good student.

I hope I get the opportunity to connect with you again very soon.

Good day. Sensing the energy in your body suggests you are tired more frequent, as you are now. There is a saying my mother used to say to me “Listen to your body”.

I believe you have been on earth in this life for 68 years. Now I know that some will tell you that is not old by your modern standards, and I suppose it’s not. But it is, especially when you consider times gone by without the medical interventions of your today. Just try to look after it more. Sleep when you need to, and longer if you are tired. A tired body is having to work all the harder to compensate, and that is not a healthy cycle to be in.

People have a terrible tendency to abuse their bodys’. This is their vehicle for life itself, so it makes sense to look after it more. I am aware that your diet has been much improved over the past few of your years. But your sleep patterns are wrong for you. The phrase that says “it works, until it doesn’t” is something to consider.

We always encourage people to treasure their earth life. Look after it, and that always begins and ends with the body - the vessel that is unique to you, and the only one for that life phase.

So many people are not aware of how badly they are abusing their body, through excess drink, over-indulgence of food, over-exerting through unnecessary extreme exercise, and many other symptoms of the daily life demands on earth. A few minutes every day focusing on the awareness of the body would go such a long way to helping manage the bones and muscles.

I notice you do a lot more exercise on your vacations than you do at home. Although that is good to do when you are there, more time should be allocated to it at home. Your body will strengthen with regular good exercise and time spent in silence listening to it.

Nobody this side, or yours, wants you, or anyone to be coming here until the time is good and proper. Healing takes time when you are sleeping, so allow good length of time for it to occur. As much as I appreciate my life in this phase, I wish I’d made more effort when I was “alive”.

Have I said enough to make my point! Don’t be an ignorant abuser of your body. Instead, look after it, like you would with other possessions.

Now, rest up and pay more attention. You might not fear death on earth, but that doesn’t mean you have to drift through life without a care in the world.

That is all I want to share with you. Take heed and listen more intently. Now, rest up.

I caught a conversation you were having with Jane a little while ago. Indirectly you were talking about your earth passing and whether of you would continue to come to your island without each other by your side.

Believe me, this is a common conversation with people at a certain age, so you are not alone in raising such conversations. No they are not morbid. It is the reality that awaits everyone at some point in their lives.

Whether either of you choose to continue visiting is something only the individual can decide upon. Perhaps not a decision to be made in the midst of grief, but after some healing time has passed.

Indeed, the loss of a loved one, especially a partner, is a transforming moment in time. Everything changes and at the same time, every thing halts, failing to move forward. Yet you as a solid believer, actually listening to the voice of someone in that next phase of life right now, should be consoled that it is not the real end, merely of the earth life transition. You know that we never part really, only in the physical sense.

The downside of contemplating such unforeseeable future events is in allowing your mind to be too concerned with things in the future that you have no control over. Energy wasted as you might say.

Today and this moment is where your focus should default to. Right now, you are together in a beautiful place I hear you both call your happy place. You have good health and everything to focus on. This is the moment that matters. This is where life is, in the here and the now and the moment.

Our Divine’s energy will be [with] you in the future, should it be needed, of that you can be certain.

Your mission is to enjoy your life to its fullest whilst it lasts. The future will take its own shape and doesn’t need any help from you.

I share my words with true passion and meaning. I was the same as you once. I worried about how I would continue my life after my husband died. I let it tear me apart. Yet when it came, somehow I survived through the pain, even though I thought I wouldn’t. My life changed and new opportunities came my way giving each day new meaning and purpose.

When I passed from earth, 22 years after my husband, he was here to meet me. Smiling face and in that moment it felt like we’d not been apart. In those few moments of being reunited, I realised that all the worry I had once had was wasted and unnecessary. At that moment of the truth being revealed my life, my new life became lighter, freer and like a dream state I cannot begin to describe.

I hope you can get comfort from my words this time. As you say on earth, what will be, will be. Enjoy your day today and tomorrow. Lots of love coming your way from those around this side, and from me.

Good day to you. I am aware you have a cold. It will pass soon, nothing to be concerned about. Just a bit of bad luck considering where you are.

I want to propose a little thinking topic this day with you. I want you to consider whether your spirit is aware of what is going on in your subconscious mind, any more than you do. I want you to query where we are communicating to you through. And if you want to go further with your research, I want you to find out if we in this life have need for a subconscious mind and if we do, how do we use it. Now then, I could help you a little with this, but it would be better for you if you found out for yourself.

These are the sort of science-based questions that I know you like to ponder. Very few others ever talk about this great mind-divide. I know that some teachers, including your own, suggest that our communica­tions are sent to the subconscious where the conscious mind translates it. But is that really so?

Start with where your heart lies on this matter and pretend you hadn’t been taught what you know. Discover it for yourself. When you start your research, I will put a great source of information in your path.

The reason I chose not to give you the answers is because you may hold some doubts of its validity due to this process of communication method.

You’ll discover great information, especially regarding you wake-state mind when you fall asleep and where it goes and what it is up to. Much of what you have been taught, such as the mind is resting, is not altogether accurate.

Do come back to us with any further questions, or if you get stuck and need pointers. I look forward to hearing back from you. That is all I want to share with you this time.

Thank you. That was a lovely request again. You asked for a speaker to share a message that would help you grow, before you asked that it be useful to others. You put yourself first. When it comes to growth, it has always to be yourself first. You, nor anyone, can make someone else grow, spiritually speaking. Others can be inspired, as can you. But the decision to grow is one only the listener can make.

By the way, I like your choice of music this time. More to my tastes. Take a moment to write the title, I’ll wait.

[ME] SACRED TREASURES III - CHORAL MASTER WORKS FROM RUSSIA.

The next questions to ask yourself is do you want to grow?

What is growth to you and how or what form should it take?

As mediums, as I once was on earth also, growth comes within the process of unfoldment. Unfoldment is rarely defined properly, so let me give you my interpretation. Unfoldment begins when two events occur. One, the person is exposed to proper education of the topic, in our case mediumship. That education can and does come in many lights but as long as the medium is exposed to it, the first part of the unfoldment can happen.

The second part, the hardener to the glue mix, to give you an analogy, is the unquestioning acceptance. When the acceptance is in place, the subject can absorb and change internal thought patterns, beliefs, habits, choices, outlooks, desires and demands.

Some call the unfoldment process as the peeling back of old traits and exposing the raw and better Self within. I can’t better that. The process of unfoldment is glorious. Every action interacts, every consequence adds to the growth, every change comes naturally through the process.

Many talk about getting to know oneself using such methods as meditation and listening to the silence that the inner spirit needs. Yes these are methods to encourage the unfoldment to happen. Appreciating unfoldment for what it is, change, is where the sweetness comes. It becomes less of a chore and more of an integral part of one’s life.

I quote your own saying “One can inspire others, but motivation is self-driven”. Okay I changed it a little. To be inspired requires attention at some level. To be motivated takes [needs] a personal decision to happen. Many people want the cake to eat, but don’t want to gather the ingredients to make the cake. That is what my ole’ gran used to say to me.

Effort takes effort and because this is an effort to oneself, many won’t participate, preferring instead to put it off until another day down the road.

So, with you this time, I have talked of infoldment, finding and growing that inner self. Doing was is asked and always welcoming change. This is [at] the heart of personal growth. Some might query whether that alone will make them to become better as mediums. The answer is a resounding yes. Anything that puts one closer to understanding self is part of the ingredients of a medium.

My friend, I have given you some pointers. I’ve shared my views and shared what I have come to know that is right for you at this time in your spiritual journey. Stay on that path and the horizons will change.

Hello to you. Your opening remarks to us are always so concise, especially in what you require from us. That is nice to hear, and of course we, or I in this incident, will do the best. We remind those that read these words that our process relies on the freeness and flexibility of the medium’s mind and imagination. This process needs both our voices and the medium’s mind. More to the point, that the medium must be receptive and attuned.

The medium must be prepared to write at speed whatever words come to the forefront of their mind’s imagination. They are not required to know what it is they are writing about, only to be the instrument holding and moving the writing implement.

It is interesting to note that a mental, or mind-involved, medium is an effective vessel for connecting our two worlds, and it works in many states of preparation. The medium that suggests they aren’t receiving a communication is more often than not in a receptive state enough to hear. This detail defines the good from the better and the best. Imagine the contents of one’s mind to made from pure clear water. It is the process of thoughts that give it colour and clarity, or lack of it.

The medium that encourages the connection between our worlds that does so with a cloudy and busy mind is very much restricting the potential for clarity of the message being sent. My medium today, writing my words has learned over time how to keep his “water” clear. Sometimes it is coloured and other times it may be cloudy. But for the most, he keeps it clear.

What that means is that during the process of connecting and listening, he has fewer other distracting thoughts. His focus is on what is being said. It is a marvelous thing to experience when it is flowing freely. The medium switches into a sacred zone for this purpose.

I wanted to talk about this for my session because some mediums need more understanding of the process. For many others, this will serve as a reminder. We all want to talk to you, all the time. But if the desired conditions, the water, isn’t ready, the intention is made harder.

I am aware of many of the great people that have transmitted their words through this medium using this process and it is a wonder of delight for us. We see the occasional mishaps or errors in the translation and in those moments put consideration to these in the impact of the message. When the words written by the medium are wrong by an extent that affects the message we wish to relay, we tell them so. Same speakers insist on the mistakes being highlighted and adjusted, while others accept their overall impact and choose to keep the flow going.

This medium rarely erases any errors, because we know that he will rejoin the path moments later. The medium that believes standing in front of a gathering relaying messages is the extent of their mediumship is missing the entire picture.

Our conversations through my medium today are free of distractive elements. He does need us to constantly prove who we are. I think you call it seeking evidence. Yes that is okay on some occasions. But it is so much greater when we are free to share whatever we want.

My medium is tiring and his “water” is less free now than it was when we began, so I am going to round my conversation up shortly.

I know that many people might wish for many thousands of our words every time. Deeper and richer content to the messages. But that is not the intent of us. We have a specific message to relay and usually stay within that limitation.

The power is fading rapidly and so at that point I will wish you all a fond farewell and leave you in the knowledge that what I have shared within these words will help you appreciate how close our two spheres are.

THE FOLLOWING IS A MESSAGE FROM THE SPIRIT WORLD THAT WAS RECIEVED AS I WAS FALLING ASLEEP WEDNESDAY 5TH MAY 2026. WE HAD ARRIVED AT THE VILLA IN PLAYA BLANCA, LANZAROTE, A FEW HOURS EARLIER AND WERE TIRED AFTER THE JOURNEY. AS I LAY ON THE BED ABOUT TO FALL ASLEEP I HAD A RATHER PERSISTENT PERSON IN THE SPIRIT WORLD WANT TO TALK TO ME. ALTHOUGH I WAS ABOUT TO FALL ASLEEP, THEY INSISTED ON SHARING THEIR MESSAGE THERE AND THEN.

THE FOLLOWING TRANSCRIPT IS THEREFORE WRITTEN WITH MY OWN MEMORY OF THE CONVERSATION AND IS THEREFORE NOT VERBATIM AS SUCH.

Yes I know you want to sleep, but let me do this now while you’re less awake! I want to address your friend’s question about whether there are such lifeforms as fairies, angels, unicorns and the like and whether such things really do exist.

The short answer is yes, but with caveats. I wIll use an analog that should make sense to you, that will help you understand human’s limitations in appreciating things “out of the box” as you would put it.

Have you ever wondered if the mole in the ground feels inferior to life? All day and every day it tunnels in the dark eating worms and tunneling from one place to the next, occasionally coming to the surface for whatever reason.

If it were possible for you to converse with the mole, imagine how that would go. Remember, the mole has poor eyesight, but that is all it knows. It does not recognise shapes, only the light.

Anyway, one day it pops its head through the soil and you chat to it.

“Hello, Mr mole. What have you done today? Has it been a good one?”

“I don’t know what you mean. What is a day and what do you expect me to say?”

“A day is a length of time between day light and darkness”

“I don’t know what day light and darkness means.”

The mole usually comes to the surface at night when there is little or no light. It is not governed by a clock as we understand it, only by an instinct that is part of the mole’s makeup.

“Have you had a successful day catching worms to eat?”

“I don’t know what you are saying. What is successful? What is day? What is catching and what are worm’s? What is eating?”

“Don’t you wish your life was more exciting?”

“Life? Exciting? I cannot understand anything you say.”

“You are a mole and live underground eating worms. You never see the real world outside of your own. It seems rather limited.”

“None of your words make any sense. What is a mole? What is underground? Worms, real world, outside, limited? Listen, I am content with my life. I do what I am meant to do. I am neither happy nor sad, because they are concepts I don’t under­stand. My life is a purpose that I fulfil every day.”

Now, such a conversation could go on infinitum and nothing would come of it. Two different species, two lifeforms; one intelligent with human faculties, one with instincts limiting.

The thing to realise is that the mole isn’t aware of anything outside of its world. Eat, tunnel, breed, sleep. Their entire portfolio is contained in that simplicity. Yet the mole fulfils it’s purpose without any other burdens.

Imagine a life form contained within a world surrounded by walls all around and above. Inside the wall are the extent of everything available to it.

How on earth would you even begin to explain everything outside the walls in your world? You couldn’t. But here is the important point. Your world too has those boundaries. Those walls, if you like, where within you live and understand where you explore, create, dream and build. Where you learn to grow richer and to appreciate your limitations.

Outside of your walls, the rest of the universe exists. Other lifeforms, other intelligences, other worlds. So vast and yet so inconceivable, so improbable and so beyond any thing you could possibly understand with your “mole-limited thinking.

Of course there are other lifeforms outside the boundaries of your science, your physics and your biology, the rules of your containment. But here is that caveat I mentioned. Your race, my race for that matter, are the intelligent lifeforms that have developed into lifeforms that have a concept of the past, the present, and the future. A lifeform that has created a timeline to measure things, to mark our lives by and according to.

We are blessed with imagina­tion and the power of thought. Conscious control without limitations. We can create great things within our boundaries. And that is how we have created such lifeforms as unicorns, elves, leprechauns and fairies. We have created “coats” for what we think might exist outside of our boundaries.

Yes, even in my new life form I have boundaries that contain and retain me. Mine are greater than yours, simply because I have passed through your earth boundaries. And believe me, I too have even more boundaries in this phase of my life cycle.

But that imagination is good, and a gift to appreciate. Great artists, writers and minds of your past have come up with ideas for flying, for communication devices and even time travel. Some of those outrageously far out ideas have since been developed and are now part of your real life.

Were those science fiction writers more than just writers with vivid imagi­nations, or were they visionaries empowered by other forces able to share insights into the possibilities that seemed impossible in your life with boundaries?

My dear friend, I know you are tired, and soon you will leave my attention. Realise this, that limiting your thinking is akin to limiting your life. Your boundaries are wider than anyone living have ever realised. You yourself are crossing your boundaries by hearing me, a lifeform outside of your boundaries. Please don’t ever dismiss the possibilities. You do so in detriment to your self growth.

Your dear friend is allowing his mind to be controlled by limitations that are self-imposed. Instead of saying, “everything is possible” say, “everything is probable”, because it is, as you will all one day discover.

We are sorry we interrupted your reading this evening. We wanted to take this opportunity to talk to you about the learning process on this side.

There is this common misconception on earth that when someone passes to this side they somehow become the all-knowing. This is not so. The only thing that we first know that is different is that life does indeed continue. But beyond that, our knowledge banks, this is, our individual accumulated knowledge remains the same as it was. Of course, we then have a period where we have to adjust and if you like, acclimatise to the new way of living.

The process by which we can continue to learn is entirely within our own free will. We know that some spirit people report to earth that there are great learning centres, big universities where many gather to learn. Well, that is neither entirely correct or entirely wrong. The way that we can choose to learn are up to the minds of the individual.

While one spirit being might want to attend such a place for learning, they manifest that place by thought alone. All the others that may appear to be there with them are indeed learning, but their perception of that establishment would be whatever they think it to be.

I myself choose to learn with a group of fifteen to twenty others that are my friends. Three of the group here with us go studying together. We’ve chose a more simple concept for establishment. It’s a plain room, bare in decorations and distractions. But one where we can share a similar experience. Though of course, each of us may believe the room to be bigger or smaller than the others. It’s just a concept.

Some of us choose to visualise books to read from, while others enjoy hearing the information. Those methods are not important, they’re just a chosen template. The learning, the knowledge itself is something each of us absorbs in our own way and at our own pace.

We have heard that some of the more advanced minds can create their own laboratories for learning and these places are much the same for each of them. But they have more advanced minds and more importantly, more stable thought processes.

But learning, accumulating knowledge is a personal choice. There are some people that have been here a long time and still haven’t grasped the need to learn. That is entirely their choice. This group here tonight have all got a passion to learn how to communicate to earthbound people. We don’t really refer to it as mediumship because it’s a different process. But perhaps we’ll talk more about that at another time.

As you know, the concept of time is different here. We don’t really have a yesterday or a tomorrow because we don’t have the boundaries of time to mark it by. We kind of live in the moment. This is the nearest and best way to describe it to you.

In the moment is everything we’ve done and everything we will do. But we know how strange that sounds to you because you are locked into your linear time model.

Learning is a natural ingredient that all life has - the ability and the desire to learn, whether while living on earth as a solid or living here in a thought dimension.

Advancing one’s abilities is a natural driving force and how much an individual wants to is entirely up to them. The restraints of living a life governed by time on earth restricts so many people as to how much knowledge they accumulate in their lifetime on earth. Here, those boundaries don’t exist.

We mentioned to you recently that we are happy living here. If you can imagine an infinite life with no boundaries set by the passing of time it is easy to understand why we have a happier outlook generally.

Before we let you go for this occasion, we are aware that you did try to research the word we gave you. Why were you so disappointed to discover it does not exist in your language? Your language is limited only to the words you have derived. But here, we have so many other words in our vocabulary to choose from. This is why we do sometimes have a challenge talking with you, because we are restricted to use only what you can understand.

My friends and I have enjoyed working with you this session. We wanted to clarify that about the acquisition of greater knowledge. I hope it has helped you understand.

Good evening dear friend. We like that music in the background. It is very authentic to one of us here this night.

Peace is coming to earth shortly. The war that has been raging in Ukraine will be coming to an end very soon. The Russian leader has recognised his mistakes and will try to make amends.

We have been watching some of the events around the world with interest. There is much unease around many communities, but love will win through.

We don’t want to get into a routine of showing you too much of your future, for that would be unfair to you and most unhelpful. But we do see things changing for you in the coming months.

I’m sure you know your nightly healing sessions for your partner are a sacred use of your time. It is that healing energy that we also use to clarify our connection with you. Jane is making good progress in her recovery.

I know that in your own mind, you’re hoping we will share something with you to help you grow deeper with this work. Work on your visualisations more. When something is made clear in the mind, the accompanying energy those thoughts produce is as real as if the event happened. So utilise that great source more often.

God is the ever-present source of all power on earth. Strengthening that belief through a deeper understanding will move you to greater levels of connection with us.

There are seven of us here tonight and two of these are ladies. Sometimes we feel your loneliness and the emotional energy you carry. But your great strength is in how you are able to make a positive of the situation.

Have you ever wondered why you have a fondness for not wearing shoes around your home? This is one of the habits you brought with you from a previous existence on earth. You used to feel the warm sands between your toes, before your parents were even alive. You walked great distances carrying water back to your family.

Your mind is flickering in and out of our connection with you. You are fighting tiredness again.

Go now, rest and we’ll still be here when you return.

Seeing is believing. A marvelous quality, but one that cannot always be held as the guiding instrument. So much of your life on earth is determined by what you see with your physical eyes. Yet have you thought to consider that we in this world don’t have that facility, yet our lives are richer than yours.

Your life on earth is governed, nay limited, by the burden of your body. You’ve learnt to only see with your eyes. To only hear with your ears. To feel through actual touch, and to react and respond using the facilities of the body. But understand that these are limiting factors rather than the end all and be all that you consider them to be.

When you dream in that trance state, you are free from these limitations of the body. You still see things, you hear things, and you respond to emotions as if they were real.

You’ve had dreams where you can run faster than ever, jump higher than you think possible, you’ve felt others, you smelt things, you’ve emotionally reacted to that particular situation at that moment. You’ve recognised that some time must have passed, but yet you can’t measure how long because it doesn’t seem important. So in that dream state, your spirit has achieved so much more than it can when being imprisoned within your physical body.

You might argue that no separation has actually happened because your body was present and just resting. But you can no more prove that than you can deny it.

My friend, we share this with you to help you expand your thinking beyond its current boundaries. The power that so many humans seek is hidden in plain sight. The power is within. The power is the spirit. The spirit is limitless in its potential.

In your wakened state, the spirit is bound to the restrictions set upon it by your earthly existence. When that shackle is released, your spirit is free to explore and experience so much more. What you may not realise is that the spirit’s experiences are far beyond your understanding, for that understanding in itself is limited to your knowledge. Your spirit’s isn’t and therefore exists in a much richer world than your earthly one.

Our message to you tonight has been more powerful than most we’ve shared so far. We want you to move beyond your limitations that you’ve set upon yourself. You limit your potential with your current thinking. You often fear failure and in doing so you inevitably open the door to failure.

Start to imagine a world where failure does not exist. Us spirit people never talk of failure because we don’t allow it to exist in our world. If you understand what we’ve shared with you this evening then you’ll start to appreciate more than what you think, what you believe will be what you experience. If you think success, success will become the new reality. No doubts are allowed. No thoughts on failure. Just positive thoughts for your spirit to expand.

Don’t let your body set the limitations. You are a good student, but you carry heavy baggage with you. This baggage is all without form. It exists only as thought energy. Like water in a petrol tank.

You’ve wrote our words well tonight. This has been a pleasure for us to see our words as physical ink now existing in your world. Can you see the power of our communications together?

As you prepared for this session, you had doubts, fears that you might not be able to write anything of value. But you trusted our relationship and started to write as fast as you could.

Good evening my friend. We are ready when you are. Your settling this evening is slower. Perhaps you have too much on your mind. Let us begin.

[ME] I’m having troubles tonight hearing your opening words. Can you make them clearer for me please?

The effort is not required on our part. It is you that needs to prepare better. This is a good subject for us to touch on this evening.

Your mediums have become very complacent with their preparations for their communications with us. There is a need for a conditions-based relationship to occur. The volume of the words is not under our control, it is down to you as the receiver.

A tuned radio receives a signal of a set volume. The volume level is adjusted on the radio, not by the sender. In the same way, for you to hear our words louder and clearer you must be tuned or attuned, as you like to call it. My friend, please remember to set your conditions right for our relationship. Prepare yourself and the words will flow more freely.

I note that a moment ago as you were writing these words, you also vaped on your device in your hand. You gave that no thought. It was an automatic thing you’re conditioned to do these days. It is hoped that through writing with us you’ll create a similar state of mind where you automatically write without giving it too much thought.

I want to correct you on a belief that you have about mediumship this side. You have often said that mediumship is as difficult for us to perform this side, as it is your side. This my friend is not true. We are living in a thought-based world. So our variants are fewer than yours. We can communicate very easily with your side. But if we go back to the example I used about the radio, if people are not attuned correctly, they’ll hear nothing.

There are 7 of us here tonight for this meeting. You have gained some interest in the work you’re doing. We understand that you’re worrying about funds for your work and this is lying like a black mist over you. We understand the difficulties. We also know you are not always the type of person to put money as your driving force. Keep it that way. It is the best way to approach this work. You won’t starve, I can assure you.

[ME] My mind is jumping a lot this evening. Let me try to settle it down.

When we gather together it’s a wonderful social occasion for us. There is much joy and excitement for having this opportunity to work with you that side. Making notes and writing as you are doing now is one of the physical joys we can’t seem to do as well as you. This is why so many of the books written by spirit people are done so through a medium on earth. Imagine if we could have been able to write our own books for you to read and then apport them to you. What fun that would be!

We are impress by how quickly you are adapting to this communication [method]. Your interpretation of our words is very good. We give big cheers in this place when we see a full sentence you’ve written that is word for word how we wanted it to be. I don’t mean to offend you but I do wish your vocabulary was a bit wider than it is. There are so many words that I could use to you, that you have never used yourself. So I have to change them immediately.

Let me give you an example: Here is a word I love to use, but you’ve never even seen it, let alone used it. I will spell it to you:

The random noises you just heard were indeed us trying to get your attention. We wanted to stop you reading that book because we knew we’d successfully planted the subject that you were thinking in your mind.

By now you should be learning to understand how we are working with you. We know when you’re going to sit with the pen. We then work on getting something in your mind that bugs you enough to start writing. I should explain to those that are going to eventually see these notes that Trevor only knows a loose idea of what it is we’re going to talk to him about.

We want to validate your earlier thoughts. You watched Mr Stone today doing a trance demonstration. You recognised elements of the process as being similar to this work of writing our words. You were correct, but we’ve been telling you for some time that the words you write are either entirely from us, or contain much of the sentiments of the message.

Trevor, you’ve always been reluctant to free yourself to understand trance work, yet we’ve known for a long while now that you are ready and able to use this form of communication with us. But in the absence of your desires to do so, we choose to influence you into writing the words instead. We know you get satisfaction from writing and now you’ve a greater understanding of the work, we are able to fine-tune some of the processes. We would like it if you would take one of your tape recorders into your cabinet and let yourself be used by us to talk through you. Please consider this as we feel it would be beneficial for your growth.

So many spiritualist people believe they could not do work using the trance methods. They all could do it, you know. The challenge that stops them is the same as the challenge that stops you and that is one of freeing yourself away from the actual process. One of the big challenges we know that many of you have to overcome is hearing your own voice when you are speaking.

This is understandably a somewhat strange experience. But overcome it and the process of our communication can, and most certainly will, accelerate for you.

Another big challenge new trance students have to overcome is knowing what the subject of conversation is to be. Well, as we did with you this evening, when we know you’re about to connect with us, we’ll instill the starting words in your mind as we did this evening.

Trevor, you’re beginning to understand that there is no major powers needed for this work. You don’t have to be some kind of super-person that’s highly evolved. You just got to be prepared to learn a few simple and easy lessons to make this all possible. The process of communicating with us is only made hard by your own minds blocking the processes .

Yes Mark was indeed doing exactly what we are doing now. The only difference is that you’ve chosen to use this pen. Dear boy, you have an exciting future ahead with this work. Your process is good. Your understanding is developing well, and your mind is giving us more space to work than when we first started with you. We are so excited with what is ahead for you. We chalk it up as success on our part, and can only share this excitement with you more.

You will soon understand more clearly how this is going to increase the effectiveness of your mediumship long term. The levels of trust that you’re developing through this work will help your mediumship immensely.

Sorry, we spoke a word there that you didn’t know how to spell, and in those few seconds you had to employ your mind to think about it. What that happens again, don’t worry about the correct spelling. Just write it as you hear it. You can always correct it in the next stage.

We have shared with you some deeply powerful messages tonight and hope you act upon our suggestions. We’ll leave you to think on now and would like to thank you for being a good student.

We know you struggle with accepting praise but please do on this occasion. Your levels of understanding are quite remarkable, even though we know you struggle to put it all in words that would make sense to others. The Divine forces are at work with you and for you, and others that benefit from these words.

Hello again. We’ve been waiting for you to join us. You’ve been a bit down in the dumps, as the saying goes. We’ve known about that this side and was concerned you might not be joining us for a while. So it’s wonderful to have you back.

Yes we know times are tough for you right now. I wish we had the answers for you but sadly we don’t. You have to do what is right for you. Some of the darker thoughts you’ve been having have not been good, but we know that your character is strong and were confident you’d not do anything silly.

I want you to understand that your work with us in the spirit world is good for you, and your recent project of spirited talk has helped many people. But we recognise the issues you’ve been having with the lack of money and the apparent silence from your audience. You’re a true sensitive and it’s quite natural for you to respond and react the way you have. You carry strong views of what is expected from individuals waiting with us, but you must understand, everyone is unique and have their own unique patterns and ways.

You feel that your time with the project has come to an end and you carry a burden filled with disappointment. Don’t please. Your work served a valuable purpose and will continue to be remembered after you’ve moved on from it.

Your personal journey over the years has been one of constant change and adapting to your circumstances. Perhaps you’ll see this period as such a transition. We do feel that now you have stopped worrying so much about the project, and have apparently made a mental decision to move on, your life will flow freer. Your writing has become more important to you these days and we believe this is a healthy focus for you. Of course, we also know that we’re going to benefit more from having your attention a lot more as you continue with your own personal education.

We know of a wonderful writing opportunity coming your way soon, so keep doing what you’re doing so it can come into your path. We want you to bring this notepad with you and sit in your cabinet a lot more please. We’ll be there in the concentrated energy ready to work with you.

There is still much planned with you, and your connection with us. Regarding your Spirited Talk project, remember that old story you used to share about how things move on? Write the story now in your own words.

[ME] To understand how important you may think you are, imagine your finger in a glass of water. That finger represents you in the world of water. Then remove your finger and see how long the hole remains where your finger was. The water fills the hole immediately, as if your finger was never there. That is the same in life.

Yes, well done, though you wrote that a little harsh towards yourself. But the sentiments remain the same. Perhaps you might see your finger into another glass of water very soon!

You just stopped writing because you thought we’d gone. We hadn’t. Your mediumship gave you visions of us around a table and clapping you for what you’ve done. That was true. We were. We thank you for the work you’ve done so far. Walking away from Spirited Talk is going to make way for the next opportunity. You’ve done good and nobody appreciates it more than us.

The time has come for you to release the worries and let your future unfold again in a different direction. Look out for the Baker coming your way.

A great deal of your thinking today has been regarding the lack of a moral code being shown by your leading politicians at this time. We share your concern, as do many people your side of the veil.

Again, as a reminder, we’ve spoken to you many times now about how these character habits are all in an energy form. I’d like to explain this a little further so you, and your readers can understand.

Your morality, how you act and others perceive you, is like an ingredient in your energy field. Take water as an example. Water is made up of a mixture, a compound if you like. It is two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. Imagine that! Two ordinary gases that when combined in the formula of two part hydrogen to one part oxygen creates water. Something that all life needs to exist.

There are of course many other compounds consisting of various ingredients. Your energy, and everyone’s energy contains compounds that go to make up who you are. Morals, actions, expressions, habits, spoken words, thoughts even, and many other simple forms of energy come together as a compound, contained in your energy field. Every compound is unique to every individual person alive.

You are correct in believing that certain aspects of your life should be done in a way that is for the greater good of your soul first. Morality is not a fixed energy. It is different in every person. Various other traits and habits vary the colour of the energy.

Your Prime Minister appears to be lacking a moral ethic expected of someone of his standing. His moral energy, his morality, has been severely diluted with the wrong ingredients. Telling lies, for example, erodes the moral levels away. Cheating, scheming, plotting wrongful ways all miscolour a moral standard.

But you are lucky, as are most of your readers. Why? Because you have the intelligence and pattern in your lives that you’re leading. To know what is right and what is wrong. You have yourself judging your own actions and yourself setting a high standard you expect to live by.

Not only does this mean that you’re very aware of your actions and therefore restricting your likelihood of you breaking your personal moral code, but it also means that faults in others are easier to see.

Your leaders are often so driven in their causes that they haven’t the mind space to stop and observe their own actions and the consequences of them. Their energies are off because of their actions. Sometimes this energy can become so negative that it reacts with the host, the human body. This brings on illnesses and physical and medical issues.

The challenge for their own spirits is to get their outer self to listen within. They often don’t. They’re living a life where they’ve become so engrossed in their work that they can become disillusioned, misfocused and off-track.

It is so sad, that they have access to the finest spiritual counsellors in the land. Religious leaders, experts in psychology and many great people that could give them real help and advice. But they’re not tapping into these sources. In fact, it would appear that few of the key leaders in your country’s government are concerned about their spiritual direction. They’re closed for help and advice and not welcoming to it because they feel it would make them look weak. On the contrary, they would look strong for doing it, seeking spiritual advice, guidance and realignment.

As you know all too well, most politician’s careers end in failure. It’s the way the job works. But it doesn’t have to be that way. It’s their choices, or lack of them, that brings the end to their career. You had a leader called Tony Blair. He was loved by the people, until he stopped listening to his own morals. He was caught up trying to please everyone and do what he thought was right. But by then, his moral compass was off, and the inevitable end came quicker than he had planned for.

But did you know that after he lost his job as Prime Minister, he did indeed spend time getting back in touch with his inner self? He could then see the error of his ways and he recognised he’d lost his for a while.

Your current leaders will sadly pay the price, not just in their careers ending, but on a personal soul level. Their health will suffer and “cancers” caused by the negative energies will affect their later lives.

So you and your readers are correct to state these lack of morals. But what really matters is that you make sure your own moral compass stays right. Live your life to the highest standards you can and always stay aware of your actions. Perhaps even take time to ask someone close to you, “what do I need to improve?” It’s not a weak person that asks such a question, but a strong person.
